Reasons for Choosing DRMC: My decision to join DRMC for my surgical residency was driven by the unique opportunity to contribute to a new program and gain early hands-on experience. Joining a new program signifies a unique opportunity for growth and innovation. As a resident in this setting, I am eager to contribute to shaping and refining the program alongside esteemed faculty and fellow residents.
