He was very thorough and helpful, addressing all our concerns and providing clear explanations. The medical assistant, Maria, was also outstanding - she was accommodating, friendly, and had a very gentle touch when removing my mom's staples. I am Kathleen Patterson Arlene's power of attirney for health care. Receptionist Cindy was great making the appointment and getting the information for the visit. Scott was great and thoroughly explained what had happened with Arlene's knee and what recovery was going to be since we all agreed surgery was not an option for her. He took so much time and didn't rush as Arlene had a hard time hearing. I do not remember her name but the medical assistant the fitted her brace was most patient getting the right brace. Not the outcome we had hoped for as she will not be able to live on her own anymore but the staff was so helpful and companionate. . Thank you to everyone.

We were waiting for medical transportation after our appointment and it was near closing hour. Damien (?) was SO HELPFUL in getting us downstairs in a wheelchair to wait for our ride and he stayed until our ride came and helped my husband into the car. It was closing time and he didn't have to do this. I tried to give him a tip but he wouldn't take anything. He said he was just happy to help!! He was exceptional!! Everyone we dealt with was very kind. One of the ladies made a call for us to try to find out about our return ride home.

We saw Scott Peery and he was exceptional! He was friendly and showed a real concern for the problem. He was knowledgeable and explained everything in terms we could understand. He explained the needed surgery along with the risks and the benefits as well as the recovery process and the time that recovery would take and what would be involved. He knew surgery needed to be done soon and he helped facilitate it.

A physician's assistant came in first to discuss why I was there and he was very nice and thorough taking my information. I'm sure he related all this to Scott Perry before he entered the room. He looked over the X-ray and explained my problem. Being that this was an old fracture to my hand causing me pain , he explained how this had most probably already gone into arthritis pain and unless I wanted a consult with a surgeon regarding other options, I was to call again if the pain continued to get worse.
