Desert Care Network CEO Issues Statement in Support of Measure BB

Oct 18, 2018

PALM SPRINGS, Calif. – October 18, 2018 – Desert Care Network CEO Michele Finney today released the following statement in support of Measure BB:

“As CEO of Desert Care Network, I offer our strong support for Measure BB, which will expand the boundaries of the Desert Healthcare District and improve access to health care providers and services for east Coachella Valley residents. The measure will also connect residents to programs offered by community-based organizations across the region.

Desert Care Network serves all patient populations, and we accept a wide range of public and private insurance coverage. We are dedicated to meeting the needs of the community – our entire community – and will continue to do so by providing quality, compassionate care. Measure BB will allow the Desert Healthcare District to do the same – provide access to care and connect residents with vital services throughout our desert communities.

Desert Care Network looks forward to continuing to work with the Desert Healthcare District to improve the health of all Coachella Valley residents for decades to come.”
